Potential Cheddar Gettter Customer
Hi Guys,
My company is located in Trinidad and Tobago. Currently we're building out a SaaS based CRM (http://salesversity.com)
Being incorporated in Trinidad, would we be allowed to use your service?
Also, How would we withdraw funds to our local bank account in Trinidad? (via Bank Wire?)
Regards,
Ray

Marc,
Glad to i can get thru you guys on a Saturday night! :)
I created an account and sent an email with the merchant pre-check form filled out.
By chance what are the normal processing times for the applications (i.e how long would I have to wait to start using the service to accept payments?)
Can I go ahead and start incorporating your API in my App?
Regards,
Ray Dookie

The underwriting process for non-US applicants can take weeks. Much depends on you and your site. The good news is that judging from a cursory review of your site, the process could be faster than average.
In the meantime, you can begin integrating CG using gateway simulation mode. This is the default setting.

Thanks. I've already started the integration in simulation mode.
I really hope it doesn't take weeks thou. I'm hoping to launch the app later this week/early next week.
Let me know what documentation (company incorporation papers etc. which you guys will need, or anything else which could speed up the process).
Regards,
Ray.

Unfortunately we are not in control of the underwriting process. The process takes at least 3-4 weeks for merchants incorporated outside the US. We'll be in contact with you today regarding your pre-check application.
