Documentation/Screenshots of Customer/Transaction Management

Sorry if I missed it, but is there any documentation on customer/transaction management through the app interface? Wondering what you see on an individual customer level as well as what you can do. Can I issue a credit/refund for example?

    Seth -- I see that you have logged in and created a product. You're more than welcome to create a few customers. You can always delete them. This will give to the best idea of the capabilities of the interface. Here's a quick, non-comprehensive list of features of the customer page:

    • Edit customer name, email, code, company
    • Delete the customer
    • Edit customer credit card
    • Changes customer's subscribed plan
    • Cancel the customer's subscription
    • Add a custom charge or credit to customer's current invoice
    • Edit tracked item usage quantities for the current period
    • View the last billed invoice
    • View subscription history
    • View invoice history

    Issuing a full refund of a previous invoice via this interface is currently in development. This development will also include a new email template type. There are two possible workarounds:

    1. Issue a custom credit on the customer's next invoice. The next bill will be discounted by the amount of the credit. Of course, this method requires that the customer remains a customer.
    2. Issue a refund manually via the Authorize.Net interface. The result of this will not be reflected in CG.
