How to cancel all active subscriptions (closing a service).
Hi,
Is there any way to cancel all the active subscriptions? We are planning to close down a platform with about 1,000+ active subscribers.

Peter,
In short, yes you can cancel all subscriptions by cancelling your account in Cheddar. It should delete all customer records and that will stop billing them. You can do this by logging into your account and going to product settings and then cancel accounts.
We do not see your account linked to anyone. What account specifically are you asking about?
