Know if emails were sent when payment was declined

One of our client says that she didn't receive emails when the payment was declined due to card expiration.
Can you confirm it please? Client 585a4e6f5cbb877c445e0242.

    Hey There,

    It looks like this customer's cancellation took place more than 6 months ago. Our activity logs only go back a few months, so I won't be able to see whether or not emails were sent to this customer.

    However, I did notice that your account has a custom SMTP configured. I don't have access to that account, but you may be able to login to your SMTP service and look up the email delivery history for this customer. I hope that helps, but let me know if you have any other questions!
