    Hi Artem,

Which DBMS are supported in the system? If the system supports a some DBMS, which of them you recommend.

All data in CheddarGetter is available for read/write via our API, which is documented here:
    https://cheddargetter.com/developers

What kind of architecture are used - 2-tier or 3-tier?

I don't understand what this question means, could you explain?

Do you have a SDK for system?

    Yes, https://cheddargetter.com/developers#open-source-wrappers

Could you describe the integration APIs by your system?

Our API has many options for integration, with wrappers that have been built by other developers in our community to make integration easy. Here is a sample roadmap: http://support.cheddargetter.com/kb/api-8/sample-integration-roadmap

Do you have a description of the load characteristics and failover cases?

We have a highly available system with redundant resources.

Do you have a integration with acquiring systems? What it's? Can we integrate with other independently?

You can integrate with other systems independently using our API and Webhooks systems.

Does it support discount or coupons?

Yes we have a fully functional promotions system for discounts and coupons.

Do you have a refund and withdrawal in the system?

Yes, refunds and voids are supported.

Do the system supported a single and periodic charge rules?

Yes, you can customize periodic pricing plans and also process one-time transactions.

How many clients we can served by your system? Do you have a limit?

We have approximately 400 active companies using CheddarGetter to bill their customers. There is no limit, our system is designed to be very scalable.

How many kind of tariffs you have? How much?

    We don't suppor this.

Do you have a support your clients? How kind of support you have? How much?

We offer community support through support.cheddargetter.com, email support from our dedicated support team, and phone/skype support is available for an additional fee.

Do you sell your system only by SaaS or do you sell "inHouse" solution also?

    SaaS

Which currencies are supported in your system? it's support a RUR, EUR and USD?

Those are all supported, and many others. Currency support is limited only by your merchant account.

Tell us about the biggest and most successful examples of the use of your system, what kind of customers?

We have customers who are processing as much as $600k per month. Here are some examples:
    http://textmarks.com
    http://put.io
    http://www.pardot.com/

Do you have a trial period of your system?

Our system is completely free to use during your development, integration, and testing. You only start paying us when you are ready to bill live customers.

    Hope this helps!
    Adam
