Testing/Previewing emails
I want to update the email templates. However, I'd like to be able to send test emails to see how they truly render.
What's the best way to do this?
I've read through the templates and some of the smarty.net stuff but was looking for some best practices.

Hey Ron, you can see how your email templates render by creating a test customer with your own email address, and then viewing the emails that get sent (like New Subscription) in your desired clients, browsers, devices, etc.
Is that what you were looking for?

That is what I am looking for but the use case is kinda extreme.
NOw, I'd have to walk that "test customer" through every customer phase to see each email.
The preview email will work for the mean time.
