How do i change the sales tax setting for a specific plan?

   We've kept our sales tax functionality static. May I ask what your desired outcome is? Perhaps there is a better way.

   As an extension to Richard's question, is it possible to dynamically compute sales tax per user based upon their state of residence (or, more specifically, the state or ZIP code tied to their payment method), or based upon a sales tax variable I pass to the hosted page?

   No, unfortunately this is not possible to do this at the moment. Our service supports one tax rate, which can be applied to customers or not.
