How can I get a report on Plan Changes within a specific period?
I see the total count on the home page but I don't see how to see who they were or set the period for say 30 or 60 days. Thanks for helping.

Hi Aysia,
Cheddar doesn't have a built-in report for plan changes yet. It's something we'll definitely want to include in a future update, but in the meantime, you can use the subscription changed hook that Cheddar sends with something like Zapier to route that information to another platform to build a basic report.
Also, I noticed you have the subscription change customer communication emails enabled in Cheddar and you've configured a bcc address for all of your email notifications. You could take a look at the inbox where those notifications are being sent and search the results for subscription change emails to see recent plan changes.

Thanks Meghan - Good to know it's coming. Can you tell what email address
I have bcc'd there?

Hi Aysia,
You've got [email blocked] and [email blocked] bcc'ed on all of your Cheddar customer communication emails. To take a look at this setting or make changes, just visit the customer communications page in your Cheddar account.
