Hi Aysia,
Yes, they should be! If you click on the green button in the top right corner of the LTV card, you can see how LTV is calculated based on your current numbers. I've attached a screenshot of how it looked this afternoon.
Have you noticed any specific changes (or lack thereof) in your LTV number over the last few months that leads you to believe there's something wrong with the calculation?

Hi Meghan - Thanks. No, they seem to always be the same so I wondered if
it was accurate. We haven't done much marketing lately while building a
new site so our numbers have dropped and churn increased, which did not
seem to be reflected.

I think since the 12 month trailing churn rate is used for this calculation vs. the month to month churn rate, it stabilizes the LTV over time (which is intended). I wouldn't expect that a few months of higher churn would have an immediate effect on LTV, but keep an eye on it and let us know if you notice anything specific that you think is unusual.
