Updowngrades
Hi,
Does cheddargetter also handles Up/Downgrades of plans?
Is there also support for trails?
When a user quits it's plan, is there like a refund system?
Are there API examples on how to use paypal?
Kind regards,
Ward

Certainly. http://support.cheddargetter.com/kb/pricing-plans/pricing-plan-chan...
Certainly. This is achieved by setting pricing plans to initially bill some number of days after signup. The Bill Reminder email template can be used to inform customers of impending trial expiration.
There's no automatic refund but you can do it yourself: http://support.cheddargetter.com/kb/operational-how-tos/credits-and...

Hi,
I have a related issue with this discussion.
Assuming that I have 2 pricing plans: 10$ / Monthly and 100$ / Yearly.
In the 1st January, my customer subscribes to plan 100$ / Yearly and bill immediately.
Then the day after (i.e. 2nd January) he changes plan to 10$ / Monthly.
Will he get refund? Maybe refund is: 100$ - 100$ / 365 - 10$.
Thanks.

Not a 'refund' exactly, but the transactions will be prorated if you select this option. More on that here: http://support.cheddargetter.com/kb/pricing-plans/pricing-plan-basi....
