Can Clients set up recurring automatic payments?

Is there a way that my client can chose to set up the payments to be recurring so that they do not have payments will automatically be charged to their credit card if they have that feature set?

    Hi Nancy,

    It sounds like you're asking if your customers can alter the pricing plan they are subscribed to. Am I right in thinking that?

    This is not an available feature, however we have many different options for pricing plans. Have you read the KnowledgeBase article on non-recurring pricing plans? You can have customers on a 'pay-as-you-go' plan. There is almost certainly a way to configure your account to do what you want, but it may require a slight work-around.

    Do you want an individual customer to be able to switch between recurring and non-recurring interchangeably?
