Cancellation support - prorated?
Is it possible to allow customers to cancel and get a prorated refund?

Not automatically. In practice, a feature like this is rarely needed, if ever. If a customer demands a partial refund after cancellation, you can issue a refund directly in your gateway virtual terminal.
