Customizing Customer Communication
We are looking to implement HTML customer communications to our customers for such events as billing, expiring credit cards, declined credit cards, etc. Is there a way where we can increase the frequency of the emails being sent so that we are not limited by the existing framework? Thanks.

Hi Anthony,
Most of our customer communication emails are triggered by events in CheddarGetter, so in some cases, you can change the frequency of these events which will change the frequency at which customers receive specific email notifications. For example, you can change your bill reminder settings in the product settings section of your CG dashboard, to change the number of times the customer receives a bill reminder email. Also, you can change your dunning settings (also in the product settings section of your admin dashboard) to change the number of times a customer receives the payment declined email.
Right now, the payment expired emails are not tied to a specific event in CG, so the frequency of those emails can't be changed. However, creating a payment expiring event is on our list of features for future development.
Let me know if I can answer any other questions for you!
Meghan
