Ability to invoice customers on a specific date of the month
I just wanted to know if it is possible to bill a customer monthly but on a specific date of the month. Ie charge the customers on the 1st of every month for usage the previous month irregardless of when the customer signed up.

Hi Warren,
Yes, it's possible, but does create some additional complexity in your billing cycle. Unless you have a strong business case for billing all of your customers on the 1st (which you may very well have), we recommend that you stick with the default billing cycles set-up by CheddarGetter (e.g. if you have pricing plans that are billed monthly, a customer is billed one month after they subscribe or one month after the initial bill date).
CG designed the billing cycle this way to decrease the load of transactions processing on a single day of the month and to spread out customer support requests (people tend to have questions and requests about the time that they're billed for a service), but if you do have a business case for billing on the 1st, let me know and we'll tell you how to get it set-up.
Meghan
