Hi, the price for cheddar getter $79/month + $0.20/transaction but I'd have to pay extra for a merchant account correct? How much does that average

That is correct. Merchant account pricing varies for a number of reasons and is determined by the merchant service provider. An upper estimate( pricing similar to Stripe and Paypal) is 2.9% + $0.30 a transaction, although it may be possible for you to secure a rate at 2.4-2.6%.
