Hello,
How can I remove a 20% discount applied to a customer's account?

   Hi Becca,

   If this is a discount that is resulting from a promotion code, then the code is only removed when the promotion expires. With that said, we could probably remove it manually on our end. Please provide the customer and promotion code.

   Please keep in mind that this work is not considered general support, but we will do our best to accommodate you. In future, if you are offering a discount that you think you may want to manually remove, we suggest that you use a tracked item to create a recurring discount. This give you the ability to toggle the discount on and off based on the item quantity.
