Ad Hoc items
I just signed up for the free account to evaluate. Is there an easy way to insert 'ad hoc' items to reoccuring payments to a client?
Ex: I have a subscription to my site, but also have extra one time services I offer. Can I just insert these one off charges to a monthly subscription?

Do you mean one-time charges or recurring charges? Both are possible.
Recurring "add-ons" can be created with the tracked items feature. A typical config for an "add-on" type tracked item is zero Quantity Included and an Overage Amount of the amount you wish to charge for the add-on. If a customer chooses an add-on, set the customer's quantity for the item to 1 (or 2 or 3 or whatever depending on how many they have).
One time charges can be simply created with the custom charge feature.
