We are currently going through an audit, and would like to know if we can access our old account data from 2013 and 2014.

Hi Liz,
I actually just tried to call you, but I couldn't get through for some reason. I've already looked into your old account and it appears that your account was downgraded to the developer plan rather than canceled. Therefore, all of the CG data, was deleted.
However, we could probably get the raw transaction data from the gateway. If you let me know what kind of information you need, I can ask our engineering team what is possible and what kind of work may be required.

Hi Drew,
Thank you. We are looking to get evidence of all credit card transactions in 2013 and 2014. Did customers also sign up for our services through your portal, or is Cheddar Getter strictly a credit card processing service?
Basically, we need to be able to trace customer payments back to our bank account.
