Saas billing system request and payment gateway questions
I am working at Software development company in South Korea and interested in using your billing system for my company.
My company is about to start global service.
The product we willing to offer is Saas service software tool. we want to put our Saas service tool in Amazon and want to collect payment from global customers.
We are expecting about 500 potential customers.
the other options we want is:
1. our customer pay according to their usage during specified period,
2. tax and discount applied according to location
3. there should be tiered pricing, invoicing
4. cancellation, price change should be applied
5. the market trade company able to change plan
There are few questions I want to ask:
Do you support Payment Gateway for South Korea?
Is your service includes ERP or CRM service?
I also want to know the price for services you provide.

You can designate one tax rate per product account, with the option to make a customer exempt from the tax. More advanced tax functionality could be created using the Subscription Billable Hook to temporarily delay a bill so that you can use the API to add a custom charge to their bill.
May need some confirmation on how you define tiered pricing. We have found that "tiered pricing" is used to define a wide range of pricing models.

This is a bit of a loaded question. We have a partner who works in the APAC region; however, they may require the merchant to have an entity in the country of the acquiring bank.
We have a dashboard that allows you to manage your customers' subscriptions, but I would not describe it as a CRM.
Pricing is simple. $79/ month and $0.20/transaction. Merchant account fees are not associated with us.

Please let me know if any of your integrated Payment Gateway do support Korean currency.
(such as Paypal express checkout, Payoneer, skrill, etc.)
I would like to know in dept with your recurring billing subscription service.
