Hey Guys,

I'm finding as things grow that a lot of my customers want to pay via direct transfer, rather than credit card (mainly big accounts). These guys are important for me to track, and as CheddarGetter defines our entitlements we still need to add them to the system, however we're unable to given that a credit card is required for their account.

My solution right now is to create a free plan thats a copy of the pay for plan, however this messes a bunch of things up for us as it doesnt send invoices and therefore we need to do a lot of manual work.

Is there any work around or do you have any plans to support Transfer/Cheque customers in the future?

I understand and it's a function we would really like to implement. Your workaround is fine and other merchants are doing the same thing. We are currently working on managing functionality like this, however requirements can be tricky on an international level.
