Cancellation Post Hook - Timeline

When we get a cancellation post hook callback, will the customer record already have been updated? Specifically, if we load the customer from CG via API in the context of handling the callback, what should we expect to see?

Semi-related: is cancellation post hook ever called when changing subscription plans? Or just outright cancellation?

   Yes

   Specifically, if we load the customer from CG via API in the context of handling the callback, what should we expect to see?

   The latest subscription record will have a canceledDatetime.

   Semi-related: is cancellation post hook ever called when changing subscription plans? Or just outright cancellation?

   Just cancellation. A subscription change isn't considered to have canceled a previous subscription and started a new one.
