Hi Guys,

I've been shopping around for the right Subscription Billing Service and it seems like you guys are one of the best. I just have a few questions:

1) Do you also support one-time transactions? That is, once a member is subscribed for the monthly service, will they have to re-enter their purchasing information if they would like to make a one-time purchase in our online shop?

2) Once a user picks their preferred Subscription, are they then directed to the CG platform to enter all pertinent billing information?

3) Further to that, we would be using Jigoshop for our online store.....would members again be directed to the CG platform from their Cart?

4) Can you recommend any of your Merchant Bank partners for our Canadian company? Would it be best to sign-up for CG, then proceed in finding a Merchant Bank?

Thanks in advance for the answers, looking forward to being part of CG.

Yes. No need to reenter card data.

You can do it that way using CG's hosted pages but there's also the API. With the API, you can entirely control the experience.

Good question for Jigoshop. I'm not entirely familiar with their process.

Certainly. Yes, I recommend signing up for CG, then fill out this form. We'll put you in touch with the right people.
