request refund after termination today

We will be terminating our account just after this billing support email goes out. We were just billed yesterday. We request a refund of the charges due to our terminating our account today.

    Hello Michael,

    We bill our clients in arrears, therefore you were billed for a service that was already provided to you and are not eligible for a refund. You can find this information on our Terms and Conditions page.
