Is it possible to get a report of customers whose credit card will expire in the next 30 days?

No, it's not possible with the current search params. Alternatively, you could pull an extract of all customers who are billable in the next 30 days, then filter that result by those customers who have payment methods expiring prior to the bill date. This is effectively what our bill reminder event system does when deciding if a customer should receive an email reminder of an impending expiration. Is there something you'd like to do with these customers that the email notification doesn't do for you?
Also, it's possible to use our account updater feature to automatically update the customer's credit card expiration date when a new date is available from the issuer. That way, the card never expires and we continue charging it.

Hi Marc, can you tell me where to set up the "account updater feature"?

Hi Marc, could you let me know more about the "account updater feature" you mentioned?

Apologies Stephen.
I thought you were on another thread about this topic. You may need to get a new Merchant ID from Gravity.
Why don't we hop on a quick call and I can give you full details? Would you be available tomorrow anytime after 1pm Pacific? What number can I reach you at?
