Support for referral paybacks
I'm guessing this isn't in the list of features to add, but something that we do is provide a percentage back to people who referred customers to us. I'm not expecting the system to actually provide a payment to these people, but is there or will there be some facility where we can assign a referrer to a group of accounts and provide a report of a percentage that I would need to cut a check to them for?

You can use CG to issue credits against the customers' invoices to offset their cost but, you're correct, CG does not facilitate payment back to your customers.
You can use the customer meta data feature to store the referrer with the customer. You can then use the API to pull that information and create reports.
