Thresh Hold Instant Charge?
I'm wondering if Cheddar Getter can do something like this. For
our billing we work
off credits and when the person's credit run to a certain
thresh-hold, given they've
chose the option, we will charge them for more credits.
Ex: 100 credits, if it drops below 10 credits, replenish 90
credits and charge customers
card.
Is this possible?

Yes, but probably not exactly in the way you're thinking. Tracked items or custom charges (or a combination) can be used in a number of ways to do what you want. For example, you could used tracked items to track how many credits are currently in the customer's bank. When this amount is depleted below your threshold, apply a custom charge to the current invoice. Then, on the next billing date, the account will be settled.
This is somewhat analogous to the iTunes method of billing. You can rack up some charges over a few days by buying songs, movies, iPhone/iPad apps, etc. Then, all of the charges are aggregated on one invoice.
This is the method used by one of our customers that comes to mind. An online streaming theater charges for tickets per film. The cost of the ticket is added to their current invoice as a custom charge. This particular customer bills weekly, so all of the tickets purchased within a week are billed at the end of the week.
