Pricing
On the Cheddar plans it says the free one is 20 customers - and then the next step up is 1000 customers with a per customer charge over that.
Does that count customers subscribed to a "free" plan? Does that count canceled subscriptions?
So if I had 300 free customers, 300 paying customers, and 300 ex customers - would that count as 900 customers, 600 customers, or 300 customers as far as my cheddar plan is concerned?

A customer is counted if they are "active". So, in other words, a customer is counted if they are not "canceled". In your example, the number is 600.
