What happens when the maximum preapproved payments amount is reached?
I have a number of customers whose plans are over $166 per month (2000 / 12 = 166). What happens when their total amount billed comes to over $2000, which is the PayPal preapproved payments limit?

PayPal declines the next payment and the dunning process begins just like for a normal declined payment.
