PayPal; what happens on payment failure?

Hi,

Edging ever closer to actually implementing CG :).

I can't find any documentation on how CG reacts when a PayPal charge fails (one time invoice or recurring bill).

Does the subscription go in the cancelled state immediately? Is there a retry/tolerance? Does it cancel it at all?

We'd like to allow some leeway before service cancellation if a credit card in PayPal has expired or something, and I'm wondering whether this may be managed on CG side or we whether should do it on our side.

Thanks.

CG retries recurring subscription transactions up to 4 times (total of 5) over 8 days. Auto-cancelation occurs after the 5th decline. One-time invoices are never auto-retried.
