Removing 2nd thank you from the

Under ADMIN > Configuration > Emails >New Subscription,

How do I get rid of the 2nd thank you. Here is the sample message:

Dear Geoff Treitel,

Thanks for using XYZ!

Congratulations. blah blah blah. We put our blurb here in the input box CG displays.

Thanks again for using XYZ!

My hunch is that you are forcing the 1st and 2nd thank you statements? I would like to remove the last Thank You.

Is this a configurable setting?

   Yes. The header and footer text and HTML are configured under the
   general settings in config->emails.

   Yes our System Admin is moving to sett up our own SMTP soon.
