Ability for one time charges
Hey Marc-
Is there anyway to run an immediate one time charge? I had failed
to set a plan up to prorate and charge immediately so I have a
customer who subscribed to a lower plan and then 2 minutes later
upgraded - meaning at this point they will get the whole month at a
pretty discounted rate, so would be good to collect that
amount.
Appreciate it. thanks
Josh

Josh -- There isn't a way to issue an immediate custom charge within CG yet. It's in development. You can, however, add a custom charge to the customer's pending invoice which will then be reconciled on their next bill date.
Of course, you can always charge the customer directly through your gateway virtual terminal.

get their cc again to use the virtual terminal? it appeared I did but
thought maybe you knew a way to not have to. thanks

You don't need it again. It's stored within the CIM. So, you find the customer profile in CIM and then execute the txn from there.
