How can I make a credit for a canceled subscription?
One of my customers was charged when he shouldn't have been. I have now canceled the subscription, so the system isn't allowing me to give him a credit. How can I give him a credit?

A canceled subscription is effectively dormant in the CG admin interface unless it is reactivated with valid credit card information.
You always have the option to issue a partial credit or a full refund via your gateway account merchant interface.
