Can't refund charge
I have a subscription charge that I'd like to refund, but when I I click "Add Credit or Charge" a box comes up that says "Request Unsuccessful". How can I fix this?

Strange. Your session may have expired. Try logging in again and let
me know if that takes care of it. Otherwise, I'll get into some logs.

I just tried logging in again and the same thing happened. Please advise.

It looks like our GUI error messaging is a bit lack luster on this one. The error message can be found in your error log: https://cheddargetter.com/admin/report/errors.
