Where is the "Subscription canceled" email?
There are several nicely pre-formatted emails in the configuration setting, but where is the one that verifies a customer's account has been canceled? And I don't see the ability to add an email to the list.
I'd like to make sure people get a confirmation email that their account has been canceled and their CC will not be billed. (unless this already exists, and I just don't see it).

Cancellation confirmations are only sent for auto-cancellations like expired card and non payment. You've touched on yet another minor feature improvement that's on our medium-term todo list. Manual cancellations will include a reason for cancellation and you will also be able to schedule a cancellation for the future.
There is a workaround, however. You may send your own email confirmation using the cancellation post hook. CG can notify your app via POST data that a customer has been cancelled (auto or manual). Then, you can send an email or whatever you like. https://cheddargetter.com/admin/configuration/settings
