metered billing question

Hi,

I saw you provide metered billing - I'm wondering if it fits our particular use case.

Some very high level information on what we do: We are a SaaS company that provides monitoring as a service. We charge per measurement sent to our API. It's a pure use-based business model - no monthly fees, no other charges.

Here's what I'd like to do:

I would like to send you the number of measurements per customer every day. You tally them up at the end of the month and, based on a unit price, charge my clients.

There are some catches:

  1. We charge $0.000002 per measurement - can you handle unit prices that low?
  2. I would like a "don't charge unless min met" feature. I'd like to set a minimum of say $5 for a bill. If the monthly usage sums up to less, I don't want to bill the client. The outstanding amount is moved to the next month.
  3. We would like to control everything via APIs.

Can you do that?

Thanks,
Nik
