Turn off auto-cancel
Our internal system needs to handle the cancellation of our accounts, how do we turn off the auto-cancel feature in CheddarGetter after x-many failed attempts?

Hi Ryan -- There's no way to turn off auto-cancel altogether. However, you can delay auto-cancel for up to one billing period. In other words, if you bill monthly, you can set the retries to 1 and the days between retries to, say 25. Then, it's up to you to do what you need to do before that 25 days expires.
