"Time on current plan" etc. accessible via API?
Your customer admin interface shows for each customer:
-
TIME AS A CUSTOMER : 7 days
-
TIME ON THE CURRENT PLAN : 7 days
-
CHANGED PRICING PLANS : 0 times
We need this information in our application (such as to restrict users from changing plans more than once per month, etc.). Is it available via API anywhere, and if not is that something you might easily add?
Thank you.

The time on the current plan is calculated based on the createdDatetime of the subscription when the current plan was first subscribed to. It could be the current subscription record or an earlier record. A new subscription record is created when a customer either switches plans or their payment information has changed. So, it is possible for there to be more than one consecutive subscription record on the same pricing plan. I hope that helps.

That makes sense, thanks. However this ties in with the confusion in

There is a new subscription record for my user who changed plans (from free to trial) that shows today as the creation date. But the admin interface still reports 8 days on current plan.
We don't have to have this conversation in both threads though if you want to answer this issue in the other more detailed one...
