Questions about Hosted Pages and Payment Options

Hey there, I have a few questions about creating/modifying my payment plans / hosted pages:

  1. Is it possible to edit what is displayed on the hosted pages? For example, is it possible to customize the way the pricing plan is communicated to the user? (e.g. "Your first bill will occur immediately in the amount of USD 29.99. We will then charge your account monthly.")

  2. Is it possible for a plan to have a discount that users can see on the hosted page? I have a $75/year + $150 set-up plan that I want to provide a $50 discount to. Is it possible to show this discount as it's own line or do I have to create a plan that is $75/year and discount the set-up fee directly instead (making the setup fee $100) and explaining this in the description? What's the best way to do this?

  3. Can you delete one of my extra products? I created this to test it and can't seem to find the button to delete it (SAO Yearly Plan)

  4. Is it possible to automatically transition customers to another plan after a certain time period? (e.g. for long-time customers or for people with first-year discounts?

I'd like to keep using the hosted pages as much as possible (vs. custom pages using the API) as I can manage them easier.

Thanks so much

Johnson

    Hi Johnson,

    1. We only allow CSS customization for the Hosted Payment Pages, so you can suppress the display of any elements with display:none or other methods. Some customers use the "Company Description" box to add additional text as well.

    2. Yes, you can edit the plan titles to describe the discount.

    3. Yes, no problem. What is your product called, or the email you used to sign up?

    4. Yes, using the API, but not using Hosted Payment pages.

    Thanks,
    Adam

Sorry, saw that you want to delete the product called "SAO Standard Yearly".

    We'll do that for you.
