Quick question, do you guys have any CRM integrations or do you have certain CRM systems that many of your clients use?

Hi Shalyn -- We have an integration with Highrise in the works among other things. We'd also consider adding Salesforce.com integration or other popular CRMs.

We would consider any integration that comes with an integration partner (you) and that would benefit other customers. As long as you would be willing to be the test account, I think Sugar CRM would be a good one. We're currently re-engineering our integration framework and will be starting with CampaignMonitor and Campfire. We'll be choosing new integrations after that based on our dev team availability and the value of the third-party service being integrated. It could be several weeks/months before we'd be ready to integrate Sugar.
