Hello,
I am not a developer, just someone who is creating her own business website with RapidWeaver. I really love the idea of integrating client login from my site then sending client to CG hosted page. I need this feature to track purchases within subscription levels. You have been very generous in details about code, but it's over my head. Do I need a programmer to set-up my site to use this feature? Or, is a simple contact form enough? I know how to create a contact form, but coding is another matter. Please advise.

Thanks!

Hi Jean -- What your site needs to handle is "authentication". CheddarGetter aides in "authorization".

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Authentication#Authentication_vs._auth...

In short, your site needs to know who a user is so that CG may be asked if they've paid and their account is in good standing. A simple contact form wouldn't be enough. Your system needs to remember who they are. Some sort of authentication mechanism is required, like a username/password style login.

More info about how your site should interact with CG and the hosted pages is here:

Happy to help further if you have specific questions!
