Deleting customers
It would be nice if it were possible to delete customers via the dashboard. Or is it there and I am just missing it?

You can delete individual customers on the customer detail view. Just choose to edit the basic customer data and you'll get an edit form along with a delete button. This will delete the customer and all related data in CG and at the gateway (if configured).
If you have a payment gateway configured, then an option appears to delete all customers on the gateway config page. This option will delete all customer data in CG as well as at the gateway (if configured). Careful with this, however, since it indiscriminately deletes customer data at the gateway whether that data was added by CG or not. This option will probably be moved to the Settings page eventually. You can go to it directly here: https://cheddargetter.com/admin/customers/delete-all-force.
