Does anybody know if there is a way within paypal to view all the preapproved payments that people have with you?

Hi Miles -- To my knowledge, this is not available in PayPal's interface. Only senders can see the preapprovals they have accepted for merchants. A merchant cannot see the preapprovals they hold for senders. I can see how this could be beneficial. I suggest shooting PayPal a support ticket: https://ppmts.custhelp.com/
