Hello...What's the best way to take an existing customer and make sure we don't bill them ever? For example, I use Sigstr internally for my company. I don't want to have to pay myself. I have a couple of other users that I don't want to bill for Sigstr.

Hi Daniel -- Usually we recommend creating a free plan that doesn't recur, doesn't have a recurring fee, and includes unlimited tracked item quantity.
