Promotions Fix Amount

Will you guys be added a fixed amount option for the promo codes? Its hard to offer 1 free month for all package types using a percentage.

   Hi Derreck --

   We don't have any immediate plans to alter our promotions, although it is something we've been considering. However there are ways to give your customers one free month, as you describe above.

   I'm assuming you mean an existing customer... (It's very similar for new customers but different enough). You can do this in a number of ways, actually:

   1. Push the next bill date forward a month. To do that, click to edit the subscription info. Then enter the new date in the date override box.
      
   2. Add credits (negative charges) to offset the positive charges on the next bill. Then the next bill would execute for $0. Just click the "add credit or charge" button on the pending invoice.
      
   3. You could use a promotion to give one month 100% off. First, add the promotion. Then, edit the subscription information like in (1) and enter the coupon code you just created.

   Are any of those options you could use?
