account url
It appears that activating a hosted payment page automatically overrides the url that is inserted into declined payment emails to customers. Is that expected behavior? If I manually enter a URL in my settings, shouldn't that trump the hosted payment page URL?

Hi Brad --
Marc and I spoke about this and it seems like it would be a good idea to have the override work in the way you described. Is it something that you need to work this way?

Yes. I would like to have a hosted payment page that I can direct a few
specific customers to, but I'd like all of the automated emails to direct
users to http://schedulething.com/account/pricing

Hi Brad --
After talking to Marc it seems like the best work around is to hardcode it into the emails - in both the text and html versions for each applicable template.
He said that it will definitely be crazy, but if the change was applied across the board it would cause a pretty substantial backward compatibility issue that would require a lot of work to take care of.
