Cancel from Paypal confirmation
Hello,
In my application, if the user has a free account, we display a "upgrade" button to entice the user to pay a monthly subscription and get more benefits from the application.
The problem is that hitting this link sends them to the PayPal confirmation page and if they cancel or navigate away from this we appear to be stuck. I have been unable to get cheddar getter to revert back to the free account. Even within the actual cheddar getter dashboard, I cannot switch from the paid subscription to my free account.
Is there something that I'm missing in the API or Dashboard?
I tried to have the subscription[cancelUrl] send the user back to the application and change the account to 'free' but this still does not work. Cheddar Getter continues to keep the customer as a paying customer with "paypal pending."
