Integration Support
Hello,
I recently signed up for a free account as I am evaluating your product and service. I anticipate that when it comes time for integration we will require some phone support. Is that provided? Please provide details as this is an important consideration.

Hi Darrin!
We pride ourselves on the depth and quality of our documentation and work hard to avoid having to charge set up fees. As a result, we don't explicitly include integration phone support in the standard plans. That being said, I'd be glad to hop on a call and help you with any questions you might have and discuss the best way to get you integrated quickly and painlessly.
When would be a good time to connect?
