Is pricing per customer or per account

I can't figure out if I need to pay a monthly fee for each "product" under CG or once for my account. I have a single business with multiple offerings and to date had set them up separately, but as I start activating I am getting prompted to sign up for cheddargetter separately - is that right? It changes the cost equation. Am I just doing something wrong on this end?
