Hey there -- Just read some of your blog posts. Funny how some people think that HipHop is the next greatest thing...
There are two options:
You can also do that in the gui. Just replace the /xml/ with /admin/.
Deleting a product is currently not possible via da web. We can do that for you if you like. Just shoot us a message with the product code.

Hey Marc,
Glad you liked my blog :)
Can we delete this product? .. 12ddb35e-6985-102d-b8e8-40402145ee8b
the customers/delete-all worked :)
BTW: Are you guys going to be at SXSW?
Support Staff 3 Posted by Marc Guyer on 18 Feb, 2010 02:38 PM
Product deleted. Glad to hear about the delete-all -- that does come in handy.
Yeah, we'll be at SXSW. My SproutBox cofounder is hosting a panel: http://panelpicker.sxsw.com/ideas/view/3575 http://my.sxsw.com/events/event/721
We should have a fairly significant presence there as both CG and SproutBox.

sweet, the panel sounds like something we all should attend. We'll have a booth there as well. Sproutbox looks really cool. I met Anand Iyer last year, I doubt he remembers me :).
Hopefully we can meet up and I can thank you by buying you a beer or two :).
Just out of curiousity, are you guys developing mostly in PHP, Ruby?
Support Staff 5 Posted by Marc Guyer on 18 Feb, 2010 04:06 PM
About half and half so far. That decision is ultimately up to the founder. Our latest was Ruby.
Beer good. We'll keep a lookout.

Hi Mark,
I just wrote a long message via the feedback button, marked it as private and submitted.. only to be told that the change I requested was rejected.
My question was about test environments, and if there is a way for me to take my existing sitejuice product, copy it entirely (sans the uuids of course), and keep it in test mode?
I'd like some of my functional tests to run , where we're testing connectivity to your system, or just newer features. How do others handle this? I'm probably approaching it a stupid way.

Strange... I've never heard anyone mention a "change requested was rejected" error in Tender. I hope it doesn't continue to be a problem.
Most people maintain a second product for testing. There isn't a quick way to copy your pricing plan config over to a testing product account. That's a feature improvement we'd like to get to.
