Hi there, is there a way to export members who's accounts were canceled due to the card on file expiring? If so, would the export include their email address and reasons why the account was canceled?

Hi Elyssia --
You can export your cancelled customers on your admin page. I've attached a sample of what information is included in the csv.
If you need anything else, please let me know.

Hi Jess - Thanks for the info. I see how you to export canceled members
using the advanced search under the Customers tab. How do we see only
members who were canceled because their cc card expired though?

Hi Elyssia --
Unfortunately, there's no way to pull those records by the reason for cancellation.
However, for future purposes you could set up a hook to listen for that event and log that information in a way you see fit (Google Spreadsheet, etc).
If you need anything else, please let me know.

Hi Elyssia -- You could infer that an account was canceled due to expired card based on the data in the CSV. If the
ccExpirationDatetime
is shortly before the cancel date, then the likely reason for the cancellation is expired card.Jess Pendley closed this discussion on 11 Aug, 2014 01:46 PM.
